I believe that one of the greatest issues that hold people back from achieving their goals and becoming truly successful is rooted in the unnatural fear of other human beings, it’s completely irrational and yet so common it’s scary.
Before diving into this, it’s important to understand that in order to not only make money, but succeed most aspects of life, you need to learn to communicate. Here’s the problem, people fear communicating. Society has evolved to indoctrinate us to alienate and fear not only change and risk, but other people in general. People automatically assume the worst when it comes to others, they always assume someone’s out to get them in a way, it’s a sort of paranoia.
So people are afraid of communicating, what can you do about it?
Well, here’s the deal, YOU have to fight it. The fear is irrational, humans evolved this far through cooperation, so there’s no reason to fear cooperating more. Especially in sales, as stated, you need to be able to sell, and of course, you have to communicate, and communicate well.
Dear reader, if you’re like the majority, you can relate to this irrational fear. However, the fact that you’re here, reading this, in the first place shows that you’re able to face it.
