Here’s something I’m certain we all want; balance. Balance in work, balance in life, balance in everything.
Here’s what I think though; there is no balance. Balance, by definition, states that all aspects are split into their corresponding proportions, indicating a state of equilibrium, a state of constancy. I suggest that in life, equilibrium only brings mediocre results, if you balance work with everything else proportionately, you will likely not achieve great things.
I suggest to throw away this notion of a preset balance in life, instead I urge all to find a state they are comfortable in, not a state of balance; a state in which one works to achieve their goals. To paraphrase the world famous salesman and investor Grant Cardone said, you need massive action to achieve massive results.
